Responsibilities:
The Receptionist position is responsible for a wide range of duties including interaction with employees, vendors, customers and other guests; ordering supplies, handling mail and providing administrative support to various departments.
This position has the responsibility to comply with Safety work rules at all times as well as an obligation to reinforce Safety as a Core Value.
Ensures that all policies, procedures and activities, related to Food Safety & Quality, are followed and complied with uniformly, in an effort to reduce product and process variability.
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Greets and assists employees, vendors, customers and other guests in-person, over the phone and/or by email.
Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, photocopying, faxing, organizing etc.
Assists with human resources programs and functions (i.
e.
baby gifts and announcements, boot orders, orientation packets).
Delivers out-going mail to the post office and brings in-coming mail back to the facility.
Handles UPS/FedEx shipments and deliveries.
Orders office supplies and refreshments as needed.
Works with vending companies to ensure adequate service.
Organizes and tracks Donations.
Assists employees and management with system related tasks or issues.
Helps maintain accurse data in company systems.
Performs other work-related functions such as organizing company events and supporting various plant teams and projects as needed.
Assumes personal responsibility to insure safe and healthy workplace for everyone.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and, incorporate safety and health in all jobs and tasks.
Adheres to Quality work practices, follows GMP's, maintains sanitary conditions and ensures that product quality is maintained.
Reports to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety and quality.
Able to work overtime and holidays when needed.
Insures regulatory compliance at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE REQUIRED:
High-school diploma or equivalent desired.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Must have strong problem solving, communication, creativity and interpersonal skills.
Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task proficiently.
Able to work efficiently as an individual or a team member depending upon the task.
Proficient with computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and operation of general office equipment.
Excellent English oral and written communications skills.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Professionalism including ability to adequately handle confidential information.
